Below is a list of frequently asked questions regarding booking, what to expect with your session, and our payment/cancelation policy.

What is the best way to schedule my first or next appointment?

Email Conor at conor@conormacmassage.com with a couple of dates and times that may work for you as well as your preferred location (your home, office, hotel or Conor’s Seattle massage studio).

What are Conor’s available dates and times for booking?

Fri-Mon 9AM - 10PM 

Tues - Thurs 9AM - 1PM
8PM - 10PM


How long does Conor take to respond to booking queries? 

Conor makes every effort to respond to queries within a 12 hour window. 


Where can I receive treatment? 

Conor Mac Massage is pleased to provide treatments wherever is most convenient and comfortable for you including: your home, office, hotel or Conor’s Seattle massage studio.  


How do I know if my booking is confirmed?  

Conor will confirm your appointment via email once you and Conor have selected a date/time/location (your home, office, hotel, Conor’s Seattle massage studio) for your massage; Conor will send a reminder via SMS the morning of your treatment.  


What kind of clients does Conor see? 

Conor is certified to work on bodies of all ages, shapes and sizes including those with disabilities. Children under the age of 16, must have a parent present during the treatment. 


What forms of payment does Conor accept?

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, QuickPay, and GooglePay are all accepted.


How do I tip Conor for my service? 

Gratuity is not expected but always appreciated, you can tip when you pay for your service Venmo/Zelle/QuickPay or cash.


What costs are included in my booking? 

You will be charged for the minutes agreed upon in advance of your service as well as a round-trip Uber/Lyft for all appointments outside of the massage studio. 


What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment last minute? 

Conor understands life happens; cancellation fees will be waived the first time. Future bookings will require a 50% deposit for the total of your service and may result in forfeiting the deposit on subsequent cancellations or no-shows. These terms are subject to change. 


What does Conor bring to an in-home appointment? 

Conor brings a professional massage table equipped with memory foam and heated coils. He’ll also bring professional grade massage crème, Bio-Tone, a Bose speaker with a curated playlist to promote relaxation. Upon advance request, Conor will bring a professional cupping set and Graston tool that can be integrated into your treatment.  


Do I need to provide anything for the appointment? 

You will be asked to provide linens for your treatment including a base sheet for the table, top sheet for draping and pillowcase for the face cradle. 


What do I wear during my appointment? 

Clients can disrobe to the level of their comfort. Throughout their massage industry standard draping techniques will be utilized. Draping consists of a base fitted sheet on the table, a top sheet that covers the client’s body and a pillowcase to cover the face cradle. 


Can Conor use my essential oils or aromatherapy products? 

Yes, Conor will utilize any personal wellness products such as CBD, THC, aromatherapy or personal massage oil for your appointment. 


How do I know what type of modality I should select for my appointment? 

Conor understands that there isn’t a one-size fits all approach to massage and offers a unique hybrid approach that differentiates him from other practitioners. Conor develops a customized treatment plan based on your feedback and responses during the consultation as well as evaluating how your body is responding during treatment. It integrates various modalities and techniques in order to best serve you during your appointment. 


Are conversations and information about my health safe?  

Yes, Conor Mac Massage is HIPPA certified and compliant. It is safe to share personal medical information and encouraged for the purposes of developing your treatment plan.  


What is cupping? 

Cupping is an ancient Chinese method of massage. The suction pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow and sedate the nervous system.  During your consultation, you and Conor can discuss whether this should be integrated into your service at no additional charge.  


What kind of products does Conor use for massage? 

Conor utilizes professional grade BioTone dual-purpose / advanced therapy massage crème. The crème acts like a moisturizer versus an oil that would need to be rinsed off following your session.
